the location was acceptable. it was close to the tram station.

I was frustrated. the room i booked, a "standard apartment", was not clean! i found hairs in the bathroom sink and on the bed sheets. this. i also noticed a strange, musty odor throughout the apartment. It was quite off putting.

The location was great! downtown was only a fifteen minute walk. the apartment was large and very clean. i didn't see any of the cleaning issues some other reviews mentioned. Our stay was great.

The beds were quite hard with thin mattresses. i have never slept on a more uncomfortable mattress. we asked for extra pillows. Reception said they were unavailable, but we got them the next day. also, the sound proofing was almost non existent.

i stayed for several nights and found the apartment spacious and clean. the airport transportation was seamless and efficient. the kitchen was fully equipped, very convenient for preparing meals. the bus and tram stations nearby made access to tourist attractions easy (less than 15 minutes away).

the corridors had a slight unpleasant smell and some unneeded furniture was stored there.

Excellent City Stay

The apartment included espresso coffee I appreciated it very much. A bottle of Prosecco was also provided upon arrival a welcomed gift. Housekeeping visited even during my short two-night stay it was excellent. Staff at reception were polite check-in and check-out were smooth.

The beds were a bit too firm for my preference the mattresses were thin.

The location was really excellent. It was super easy to get around. the room was spacious and modern! it had all the basic amenities i needed. the area was quiet too, great.

There wasn't much storage for clothes. I had to keep most things in my suitcase, a little inconvenient.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
